"Terrible customer service from the beginning. They Didn’t even have my sedan ready that was scheduled 3 weeks in advance, and they wanted me to pay the extra charge for me to take a pickup truck. they wouldn’t honor the price for the car. Not my fault you guys don’t have a car they’re ready."
"Last week, I picked up a rental from this location with low tire pressure (all 4 tires) and a few days later the check engine light came on. Mechanic from Midas told us a cap was left off from a previous oil change that caused an oil leakage. This is the SECOND rental I’ve had THIS year from Enterprise where there was an issue with vehicles. Please CHECK your cars before renting them out to NEW customers. There isn’t an option for another vehicle these days with the shortages."
"Had an appointment at 11. Showed up and doors were locked. Called and talked to an employee from mentor and he told me he can't give me an exact wait time but at least a half hour before another employee shows up at this location. Edit: Waited about half an hour. Staff was friendly and helped us get our rental quickly."
"Fantastic customer Service! Above and beyond. I was in a pinch for a work trip booked car at 10 picked up at 4:30. To my surprise had a 2020 Toyota Camry. Car ready with Air on. Great car and drove all the way to Nebraska and back and every state in between. Very comfortable. Easy to drive and easy on gas."
"The ladies here were a pleasure to work with. Extremely easy to understand the preceedure of it all. They double checked the car for cleanliness before we left. The only issue I had was knowing where the weekend or after hours key drop off was. For future reference, Pikes next door and Enterprise share a key drop box."
