"I was recommended to Pikes from family members. I took my car to them after an altercation with my garage door and the rear hatch door. I called my insurance and sent them some pictures. They sent an estimate along with the estimated amount to fix it. I took my car, estimate and the money they sent. They worked with the estimater to get the proper needed. Turns out I needed a new rear door. I was not in need of my car so no hurry. They would call me to give me progress updates.They got my car done in a little over a week. When I picked up my car I expected it to be washed (it was), but I didn't expect my interior done as well. So, I am one expressed and happy customer. I would definitely recommend this business. Great people. Good work."

"In a bind, had some damage to my truck from stopping at a Harvest Host, where the owner’s dog jump up and scratched my paint. Not from the area, showed up without an appointment, and the team at Carstar absolutely delivered! I show up at 10:30, explain my situation, and they happily move things around so that I can get my door repaired by noon – even washed the truck, and it looks beautiful! Can’t even see the claw marks anymore! The staff was extremely friendly, overly accommodating, and just an all-around great experience from a local business! Highly recommend this collision center for any of your dents, dings etc! Thanks again!"
