"Last time we went here for tires they didnt tighten the lugnuts. Made the mistake of thinking it was a one time mistake and came back for 2 new tires. Remembering the last time i decided to check the lugnuts. The second one i tried i was able to move with my finger( if its not perfectly to spec thats one thing but there is no way i should be able to unscrew it with my hand) after that i went back inside and told the person on the counter who went out with the torque wrench and checked them all then said it was only the one lugnut and all the others were to spec. Who knows if that was true. Didnt get an apology and i doubt the people who did the job will even be told about their mistake. Not like a whole familys life is on the line or anything. I worked at walmart and every tire had to be checked with a torque wrench to spec by 2 different people and you signed your name in case anything bad happens. They had way more staff so this is not acceptable"
