I spoke with the owner who told me that no one should have ever promised me a time. They should have just told me a morning or afternoon. And a tech would call me 1/2 hr before. Are they joking? I have been home now for two days waiting at the times they told me they would be here. Well, that's what Bob, the owner, told me. What a terrible company. He then said that the service call would be free . IT ALREADY WAS FREE because it took them three weeks just to get them to come out the first time.. what a joke of a company. They are not worth it.."
