"The concept of mobile internet is great however these guys iv had only because there's only one other internet in my area but yet 2 streets over they list it don't work but it's literally around the corner from my sons mother that uses it we have nothing but issues all Lags and it doesn't even matter how many things are on it. To watch a 25 min episode of something take over 35 minutes or more sometimes with the lag and the picture quality due to its lag is pixeled so bad sometimes can not make out the image. Gaming sucks on it it's just as bad as there phone service from what iv read and have use in the past for a vert short time I went to cricket instead and we all know they suck as well. If your looking for just surfing the web on a computer or just need wifi in your house and don't mind a lag about 90 percent of the time there ok for just that but downloading one of the slowest downloads iv seen since dail up compared to. I'd say if you want a cheap on boost mobile or even cricket works better then these guys 8 out of 10 times why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 but other then being slow and lag the proce is cheaper then most and does do the job if your just looking things up or need to leave for a bit and need internet where your going to can bring it with you. Yet most places are doing this not mobile Hotspot or just a internet you can move with you. Just check everyone out before you make your decision their are others that around same price. Hope this helps and if they ever fix or make the internet work better I'd ve happy to change my review."

"Don't bother. I've had them for 6 years and I just got told 2 phones later. That I have to purchase a new sim. Even though I was told to keep using the same one 2 times. Because their system finally detected my new phone. Which. By the way, to change phones/reactivate you Have to call them each time. So they damn well knew I got this one 9 months ago. It has worked fine till now. And now I have to wait 3 days minimum for a new sim card because they refuse to fix the issue. Whenever I've had an issue u "get scheduled a call back" I have literally never received a call back or a refund for their screw ups. Like not having service I paid for already. Which since their system randomly deactivated my sim half way through the month I will get to do for like a 3rd time. The other 2 times were just random failures of service that they could not explain or fix. I just had to wait till my service magically started working again hours or days later. I asked for escalation and got told I can't because the solution is simple. Buy another sim. Since they apparently lied to me 2x when they said I could keep using the same one."

"I have had the absolute worst customer service in my entire life from straight talk after years of poor service I finally found my lg stylo 5 and I love it but hate the service so I called to unlock my newer phone so I can switch to tmobile and had to pay 66 dollars to unlock it ... They unlocked the wrong phone after recieving payment. When i called to correct the issue ( over 4 hours of talk time) they ask for more money refuse a refund refuse to unlock my phone ( which was their mistake that )transfer me to another poorly spoken representative who tells me conflicting information and hung up on me 4 times. I had to threaten legal action just to speak to a manager and have reported their actions to the ftc. As an american I am appaled at the blatant disrespect towards their customers this business should not be in operation and I strongly recommend seeking service elsewhere."

"straight talk service in general I ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I would never reccomend it to ANYONE who likes to talk on the phone, have their your messages be sent, and or use internet on their phone. If you have to have that you dont need stright talk. It ABSOLUTLEY SUCKS!! DONT DO IT. I pay 60 a month for supposed unlimited 4g blah blah "high speed" unlimited talk and text. Well my internet is hit or miss when it does decide to work it's slow skips out doesnt do anything it should. My phone service for calling ABSOLUTLY NEVER WORKS. and when it does It cuts out CONSTANTLY. stright talk is a joke of a company and I would hight NOT EVER recomend them to anyone who likes their service to work properly. STRIGHT TALK IS GARBAGE AND A WASTE OF MONEY."
