"Very shady people they have working for them I had 2 units and told them I wanted to move out of one told me they would credit the account for one and let me make a payment on the other one then turned around and said I paid a partial on the unit I was moving out of and demanded I paid another payment on my other unit lying employee trying to cover themself DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE!!!! (Also heard a family up here claiming they lost contents in there entire unit)"

"Only rented a unit from here for 2, maybe 3 months total & the 1st month wasn't so bad. We actually started to enjoy it..but after the 2nd month, that's when things went down hill VERY FAST! I will absolutely NEVER ever EEVVVEERRR rent or recommend this business to anyone for the rest of my life! They were completely rude to us on multiple occasions, they didn't refund us the full amount when we decided to part ways, AND the owners even initiated a verbal argument which included accusing us of insane scenarios & cussing us out in the middle of the parking lot. Extremely unprofessional and in my opinion immature of any business owner. We ended up having to call the police just to help us get refunded what little bit we could and pack up without anymore arguing or in other words HARRASSING by the owners. I highly do NOT recommend this business if you're looking for a storage unit. Also, we had multiple people warn us about this business being shady, but we decided to judge it for ourselves. Obviously, they lived up to their expectations"

"Midland storage is one of the best places I have ever used to store my belongings. CLEAN CLEAN! NO BUGS! I had to store my things there for a year. Never had any issues. The staff is great and friendly! If I had any questions or concerns Brandy would help with solutions especially when I needed to downsize. It's climate controlled and 24 hour access. Very convenient. They have plenty of carts you can use to move your things about. Highly recommend! The bird in office is beautiful and will talk back! Thank's to everyone! Kristine"
