"They charge my credit card the rate 2 times every month. The lady always has an excuse and it is an extreme hassle to get your money back!!! She wants to keep the money and not charge rent the following month, which will be charged twice!!! They have several new charges and the rent goes up every 2-3 months. In 1 year, rent has quadrupled! Yes, NOT doubled, but quadrupled! NOT EXAGGERATING!!! I have taken my possessions out now, so I can leave a review now. These things didn't start happening until these storage units were sold, about a year ago. They charged me twice again, and because I took my stuff out, they will not return the money! Good riddance!!!"
