"The gentleman inside the auto center was quite friendly but that was the extent of the pleasantries. I was instructed to go to an area outside and wait for assistance. I waited in the rain for an extremely long time before any employee even acknowledged me. Any staff who passed by told me I had to wait for another staff member. This continued on until finally, someone came to assist me. I was then informed that it would be several hours before I could get my car in. At this point I was soaked from the rain and also ran out of time. It was not a good experience."
"Asked for an appointment several days prior to arriving for service. They told me No appointment, first come, first serve only. I arrive first thing & they asked if I had an appointment. They said they didn't know why I was told no appointments. After expressing my frustration, they got me in. While sitting & waiting for the service to be completed, every call that was taken, they told them No appointments. First come first serve only. Which is it? Appointment or no appointment?"
