"Loudon County Rentals was good at the beginning. Now they are ERG, their reputation has severely decreased. We had been renting from them for nearly 3 years, but after a bad month of newly pick up equipment breaking, tracks coming off, hydrologic hoses breaking, and over heating machines we will be hesitant to use ERG. Moreover, we bought the rental protection every single time and they actually charged us $500 extra dollars for a deductible, I insisted that they checked their machines before delivering or picking up but their staff is not nice to minority business owners."
