"First- the receptionist Michaela, was quick to put me in contact with an estimator and remembered me each time I called to check on dates or work. She’s a great upfront person. Next, the estimator Bruce came and was knowledgeable and reassuring about a total installation of electrical service in a o110 year old building. His estimate was reasonable and the final bill never increased. He gave very good advice and helped me think through a couple of difficult construction issues. Now - the two men that did the entire installation were exceptional. They were on time each day. They were respectful and had an overall great, positive attitude. There were a couple of times that I had forgotten to tell them something I wanted and their answer was always “no problem - we can do that”. They even made some very common sense suggestions for lighting choices and placement. They made the entire experience easy. Long’s price was reasonable considering how expensive wire and panels are at this time. They have a great team! I’m grateful that they took on this difficult job and I’m extremely pleased with their work!"
