"Be aware it appears they don’t care enough about their customers to dump it out properly, looks like they intended for the elderly to put in alot of physical labor to be able to use the gravel that they paid to have delivered to them. They delivered gravel to my Grandmothers (87 years old) trailer on Pardue Lane in LC. The dumped it out unevenly and my (67 year old) Mom had to even out the big humps they left in the middle of the driveway. There was no way to drive on it they way they left it. We would of liked for it to start farther back beside the trailer but the driver did not ask, he just placed it where he wanted and then dumped the excess near the end of the driveway so there was no way to drive a car on it. We have used them before and the delivery was great, this time it was terrible and required alot of physical labor to straighten out what COULD and SHOULD have been taken care of by a competent driver."

"Great place! The company who was supposed to supply me with gravel and sand for my paver patio never showed. I contacted Twin Lakes and they got me the product I needed the same day at a comparable cost. Great customer service when ordering, easy pay over the phone, and had 6 tons of product delivered within hours by a very friendly and smiling driver. Will use and recommend again!"

"Staff is friendly but... I wanted to buy rock. Not dirt. Paid for 12 tons of rock and probably got half dirt. Updated to show photos of what I thought I was purchasing. Spoke to Jody on June 19th. Was told they would come by and retrieve the material on Monday. They didn't come on Monday. Called Tuesday and was informed they had changed their mind and would not come retrieve the materials. Asked to just have the owner speak to me and he refused."
