"I have a membership. I used to have a membership for the same price in Chicago. This place is terribly understaffed. There's no matt cleaner. The vacuums are always clogged. After the carwash the back of my car is still dirty and I do Lyft, so it needs to be clean! I talked to staff and they were nice. Clearly the problem is a greedy owner as usual!"

"I am a monthly member have been using them for most of this year on 2 of my vehicles. Normally there are no problem, the car gets clean and the vacuums work. This last week I went through with my Mercedes and things seemed off. The side brushes weren’t spinning, the spot free rinse left a lot of soap on the car and the blow dryer didn’t really dry. When I got home I noticed one of my wheels had damage on it. I called and explained what had happened and was advised since the evening shift was there I would need to speak to someone during the day. I actually took my car in to the office and showed them the damage and was told there was no way their wash could’ve damaged my car. Needless to say I cancelled both of my monthly accounts after this. Too bad they won’t stand behind there wash. I’m sure they have cameras there and since a monthly member they can look up what time I went through"
