"The last time I went, the woman refused to test my truck. She said it was leaking coolant. It was hot out, I had the AC running and what she insisted was coolant was just the condensation. I went to the Valpo location and the guy there tested it."
"Very fast, require nothing to bring with you before getting emissions checked in my case, most of the employees are friendly, and it's about as painless of an experience as possible I'd your vehicle passes emissions. If your car doesn't and you really need it to, you will soon be appalled at the conclusion you will reach in regards to money and the amount you have to spend on "fixing" the emissions issue before they allow you to "pass". I believe you go to a partnering shop, whom guesses the issues, then you spend a couple thousand before its not fixed and they allow you to pass for the year. Kinda crazy for two cars that have been running fine, but they were 15 & 17 years old. Still never had issues prior."
"This was fast and painless! I'm 36 years old and have NEVER had to do anything like this, being from Oklahoma, it's not required there, but it really was NO big deal."
"Wait times can vary. Recently I was in and out in 9 minutes, but there have been times when it has been almost 30 minutes, I guess that's not bad. I have always had courteous people. Good Location, easy in and out."
