"Your town sucks"
"This town has a TERRIBLE water and sewer company. The rates are some of the highest in the state. The Water company is poorly managed and they don't care about their most vulnerable residents. They repeatedly send our bills out late and we often receive them several days after the due date. IMO it seems like they are trying to get more late fees this way and it should not be normal that we are receiving bill past their due dates!!!! They also bill us using a base minimum usage amount that is set so high that we never even come close to using that much water which is an over billing tactic to gain more revenue. We are going to start paying a month ahead to deal their shortcomings as a utility provider. I would strongly suggest home buyers avoid this town."
