- Package Drop-off: Save time by dropping off your FedEx pre-labeled packages. Ensure your package is securely sealed, weighs less than 55 pounds, and is smaller than 48" x 25" x 25". Simply attach your FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label and leave it with us.
Helpful Information:
- No Additional Fees: There are no extra charges for using our pickup or drop-off services.
- Online Returns: If you have a pre-printed FedEx label, you can drop off return packages easily.
- Package Holding: We will hold your package for up to 7 days. After this period, it will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility. For any concerns, contact 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339).
Important Notes:
- All packages must be "ready to ship" with proper labeling and sealing before drop-off.
- We do not provide shipping or packing materials at this location. For packing assistance or supplies, visit nearby FedEx Office locations or select FedEx Authorized ShipCenter or Office Depot OfficeMax locations.
