"Bought a brand new house built by him and horrible job done. Had a leak caulked up the upstairs bathroom believe that was the problem for that one. Not even a year there yet. 5 years down the road had a really bad leak because the ac was installed wrong and been leaking the whole time since I bought the house. Said the warranty only covered it for a year, I wonder why that may be. Re caulked both bathrooms ourselves. Door handles always get loose even after tightening them. Some doors don’t close all the way. One of the windows falling off the latch and not closing properly. Even though I sent pictures of the ac leak he didn’t want to do anything to help fix this problem. Whoever he hires to install those thing does not know what they are doing. Rushed work and really doesn’t care enough about the house. Some pictures of the ac we had to cut out and find ourselves to fix “hopefully now” with no help. Wish the house was expected better and knew of these problems before hand"

"Nice enough guy but Do not use him to build anything. Things left unfinished. Nothing done properly. Was supposed to be my forever home & I'm disgusted with several things everywhere I look in the house! Still finding problems. He Uses druggie criminals as subcontractors. Poor quality finishes."
