"Took truck in for repairs. NOTHING was fixed. They blamed cold which was not issue. ABS light comes on. They pulled engine codes. Stated no problems. The ABS light still comes on.Wipers do not work on high. Blamed cold. Had 55 degree day still NO high. Dash keeps going out, part that controls 5th wheel unlock, air suspension dump, etc.. It was an electrical problem NOT a mechanical issue.They checked mechanical 5th wheel and said its ok. I called them up while waiting and re explained everything and NOTHING was fixed. I am an ex mechanic and i found this pathetic. Even after i explained again nothing was fixed. Plus they bent my key which they ADMITTED using it on another truck. Horrendous, unprofessional, and unethical are best words i can use."
"I work at Penske and deal with parts transactions frequently. The part guy Tobias is always so helpful with timely service, goood manners, and just a master at getting the right part even when I can’t help him with proper names or VIN numbers (I’m not mechanically inclined) he still gets what I need. He’s the man over there!"
