"Found this place while looking for the part I needed online. They returned calls promptly and pulled the part right away. I'd been having a rough day and just barely made it there before closing; the guy who carried the part out to my car was super nice, and it honestly turned my whole day around. Very easy to work with."

"Called about a brake caliper and told me they had one. Drove 30 minutes one way to pay for the part. They informed me they had to take it off the car, then would call the next day to let me know that the part was ready. Not a problem. No call the next day, not a problem. Called on the 2nd day and told me the part was ready to be picked up. Great. Drove 30 min one way to pick the part up. Signed all the paper work and told me to go to the garage to pick it up. Handed the paper work to the guy, he tells me "we don't have it." Go to the front desk, guy says, "oh, yea, it says that the order was resolved, the car didn't have the part in the first place. Then waited 15 minutes to refund my money. 2 hours of my life I can't get back. Don't sell parts you don't have."

"DON't BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Ordered a door to my mechanic. The door came damaged. They would only refund 60$ out of 450$ saying it could be buffed out. It could not be buffed and and cost me over 60$ for the mechanic to attempt to buff. Almost sure based off the way it was packaged and the scratches on the door. The door was packaged damaged."

"Only cause you have to give a star to review. I ordered from here because of the mechanic I was working with. The transmission didn't even work when installed. They sent another one after a ton of mix ups and way more fun(sarcasm) than necessary. I got another mechanic to try and install the second one they sent. When the mechanic tried to install he discovered it was cracked. They then tried to claim the mechanic dropped the transmission. Luckly the mechanic had video recordings of the shop and shared them with me and the guys at I-80. Who then came up with a brilliant(sarcasm) plan to swap out the cases of the transmission. The mechanic didn't specialize in this so after reaching out to mechanics that did I ran into one that had had this same issue with I-80 who made it clear to me to get my money back. I was informed that I-80 refuses to refund when they know they can't provide adequate parts then hope you get frustrated and move on. That shop recommended what he had to do which was initiate a chargeback. I'm doing that now and will take legal action if need be. But this is not a place to get parts. I've been buying used parts for years and have never been swindled like this before. Don't shop here for large crucial car parts."

"I had a great experience with Rich from I-80 Auto Parts. I was looking for a specific headrest for a vehicle for a customer. Rich went above and beyond to help me. He even went out in the yard and sent me pics of the headrest from all angles before mailing it out in order to make sure it was satisfactory. And then he called me to ask me to check out the pics so he didn't miss the FedEx guy and delay my shipment an extra day. This is customer service above and beyond. Rich is the MAN! Thank you Rich!"
