"This shop had my car for two weeks couldn't really tell me what's wrong with it kept giving me around told me fix stuff they never fix my car sounds horrible went it left there took another shop my car back on road in two days I recommend not to go here waste your money n time"

"I took my car there to get my transmission replaced. I left a $900 deposit and 3 weeks later my car was sitting in the same spot and had not been touched and my parts wasn’t even ordered. I went up there one morning and not only was it 2 other customers waiting and complaining, but none of the workers showed up that day. The “owners friend” who said that he was there checking up in the place to see what was going on was sitting out there making calls and trying to c why no one was there and why my car was still sitting. Even when I requested my deposit back so that I could take my car elsewhere they didn’t even wana do that. I had to threaten to call police just to get my car worked on. And even now.....a month and 3 weeks later my car is still there"

"My God- daughter took her car there Oct.24th for the check engine light being on. Almost 2 months later, her car still isn't fixed. Replaced parts that wasn't needed, and now car is at Schepl Buicks getting repaired for items that US Engine & transmission messed up. Paid over $900 to USE&T for work that they never completed. Don't be a lady and take your car there without a man, you'll be sorry!!!!!!!!"

"These guys have no idea what they are doing. I had them change my transmission from T-5 to an AOD .I had to order parts because I guess they don’t use credit cards. They ask me to order parts on 3 different occasions spanning 22 days. They cut off my exhaust that was bolted on. They broke my Brake lines when I gave them another exhaust system. They didn’t hook up my speedometer and asked me to order a brase for transmission mount which I did only for them to machine shop the old one and tell me it won’t last for long. I took the car to another mechanic and the first thing he said was who the hell tried to install your transmissions? Personally the only job they are probably qualified for is garbage pick up. I honestly wouldn’t trust them to check the air in your tires or change your oil. Don’t waste your time and money. They took 25 days instead of the 3 they said. they charged me $200 more than The quoted price even though I ordered and delivered all parts."

"The only auto repair/mechanic I will use. It is a bit of a distance to get there but the quality of service and the trust is worth the travel. I have advised family and friends to check them out. All referred agree with my rating."
