"My husband showed up to get a trailer that was reserved. No one ever showed up, spent hours on the phone with U-Haul with no resolution. I do NOT recommended this location ever! Drove from Maryland and was supposed to go on to the southwest suburbs of Chicago to get a car and my husband is now stranded with no trailer! I refuse to do business with U-Haul any longer!"
