"If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Dropped my engine off there around Feb 1 2022 to be freshened up for the upcoming race season. It is a 9 hour drive round trip. When it was dropped off they said they were a little behind. After 3 months of no call no updates I called them. Left a voicemail. 1 week later no call back. Finally talked to a person who said they hadn’t touched it yet. I responded : “my race season starts in less than 30 days, nobody has given me any updates nor any timeline when they might get to it.” Their only response : “we have engines that have been here for 2 years”. So after I got essentially the “we don’t care” response, I called back this morning and said : “ I’m coming to pick it up.” Their response : “sounds good”. Another 9 hours and hundreds in diesel fuel wasted. I have been an attorney in Michigan for over 20 years. They are lucky that they are an Indiana business or they would have much more than a bad google review to deal with. I can’t ever imagine running my business like they do theirs. Terrible customer service. I’m amazed they are still in business. Hopefully I can find another builder quick and salvage the race season. If you want a builder who cares about their customers, their engines, and important timelines ; you should keep looking."
"Unless your a big time race team or have tons of money he doesn't want to work on it, but he'll sure as hell take your parts and money. He's had $7000 worth of my parts for 4 months without returning a call. He's told me he's had engines sitting for almost two years "because he keeps getting more important work in" Stay away from this ponzi scheme if you ever want to see your parts again"
