Nick arrived before his crew to do paperwork, to explain what services are being done and what i should expect after the work is done. When his crew arrived they were all very polite, friendly and got right to work. I am very pleased with the work that they did and how they explained the process throughout and kept me informed of their progress along the way. What I really liked that other insulation companies didn't do was that NM Enterprises actually goes up in the attic to inspect the area and take pictures unlike other companies who were taking pics from the attic entrance.
