"If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was in an accident and my insurance sent the reservation… went the next day because no one would answer the phone in the office… they tell me there is no vehicles and basically didn’t know if I needed one. Now if my insurance sent it over there is usually a reason right? Then they say well we will put you on a waiting list to get one tomorrow… now tomorrow comes… again cannot get a hold of anyone in the office right away. Took 45 minutes to get someone for them to tell me they still don’t have a vehicle and it might be Friday guaranteed after 2…. Well let’s say I never got a rental and I bought a new vehicle before I could even get my rental."

"Have always had a good experience with them until they moved to Wabash. This last time I rented a car I told them I'd need space to put a car seat in and to get bags in for a trip, and then rent me the smallest car I've ever drove and called it an SUV. On top of that AS SOON as we got on the interstate, 5 mins away from the pickup, the drives side mirror fell off. Now they are saying it's my fault and not returning my deposit. I can't express how dangerous it was to drive 7 hours in an awful car with only 2 mirrors."

"Where do I begin with this headache of an experience? We called on Tuesday - February 13th to rent a vehicle. Everything went great over the phone - we were told one was ready for pickup right away at the Wabash Ave location in Terre Haute. Perfect. I needed a vehicle bc mine was in the shop and I needed to travel for work. We arrive to pick up said vehicle only to be told they didn't have one and they immediately blamed the call service people for misleading us. However, thankfully, someone didn't pick their rental up that day so I was able to rent one after all. A $200 additional deposit was made. So I paid just over $300 to rent a car for not even a full 24 hours. I was told the full $200 deposit would be returned to my bank account the day I return the vehicle. I returned the car the very next day even after telling them I was coming back in town from an hour and a half away. I still made it before closing time - the workers inside checked me out and did everything and said I was good to go and the FULL amount would be put back in my account. Well - the full amount was NOT put back - so I called and the unprofessional level from the "manager" was awful! She screamed over me while I was talking and said they charged me for being an hour late on the return!!! I was NOT an hour late. I told them when I'd be returning and they said I was FINE. AND the workers were still there and verified everything. This was a headache of an experience - they really need to take accountability for what the customer service tells customers about renting vehicles instead of being lazy and just saying "that's not my job""
