"Working with village reminds of the saying that “it takes a village.” When you say that, it refers to something that is important or precious to you like raising a kid and that we can all use a helping hand. Eric came out to our project that was precious to us, it was our future livelihood that was on hold by the city and we needed to fix several things done incorrectly by a previous electrician as well as update the outdoor parking light situation to appease the city engineer. Not only did he come out right away to diagnose and quote, within a few days he had contacted the city engineer himself to propose a plan for the lighting that would satisfy the code and save us a lot of money. He made all of the calls and e-mails for me and handled the entire city approval process.
