"I recently had a generator installed by Teck Electric, from Dyer Indiana. The process was smooth, and the installation happened quickly. The attached pics are from the actual installation and of the brochure that the salesman gave me. Do you see anything missing? I call Teck about the fascia, which is the cover at the base of the unit, as shown in the brochure that was given to me during the sales call. When I was given the sales pitch, I wasn't told that this would be an extra charge... A day or so after the installation, I noticed that this was missing, so I texted the sales rep Arty, crickets. I then called the company and got the "supply chains / covid" excuse. Now if I want the "beauty cover" it will cost an additional ~200 bucks. I’m thinking when you spend 10k on a generator it should come with what’s shown in the brochure, right? When I saw the picture of the car I bought, it had nice rims. And when I picked it up, the nice rims came with the car. It didn’t have stock black steel rims. I’m still waiting for the sales guy to get back to me. I’ll make an update if anything changes."
