"My mother has been in this facility for several months now and I can’t say enough about the care she has received. All the employees are very friendly and caring. They have daily activities and fun things for the residents to do if they choose to participate everyday. They take her to dialysis three times a week and she has PT every week day. She has had a great time meeting other residents and enjoying their company."
"I needed to find a facility for my brother. I had no knowledge of the process to get this done. After talking to a half dozen of facilities, I found Envive of Sullivan. It was such a blessing. I was walked through every step of the way to get this completed. My priorities for my brother were: 1. A safe and clean environment 2. Reliable transportation to and from dialysis. 3. A staff that is kind to him. Envive of Sullivan exceeded my expectations. Each and every person I have talked to has been cheerfully helpful. Thank you for taking such good care of my brother"
"I absolutely love Envive! The staff and nurses are so helpful and really care about the residents! The building is clean and there’s plenty of activities to do! Definitely a place where I would want my loved one to be!"
"My grandma stayed here at the nursing home for about a year. Today she passed away due to vomiting they took her to the hospital and tried to do cpr on her but her heartbeat already stopped before she got there. I don’t recommend sending your loved ones here, the employees aren’t taking care of their patients right. She sat in bed waiting to die, every time my mom visited her she loss more and more weight, she looked unhealthy and like no one was taking care of her. I don’t believe they took care of their hygiene either because she had bad odor. She refused to eat and the employee asked my uncle “Do you want to let her lay here till she dies?” My mom called in a complaint so hopefully this nursing home gets looked into."
