"Me and my husband took our toddler in on Saturday and they took a urine sample and were still waiting for results so our child can have medicine . I called first thing this morning and they told me they would call back this afternoon with the results. I called back after several hours to only speak with a rude worker and have yet to still receive a call. I will continue to take my child to Greene county quick care over this one ."

"Called my doctor office ( which is Sullivan family practice) they said because you have sinus infection you have to go to quick care. Went there because I was sick all they did was test me for strep throat and I didn't have it they said well since you don't have strep there's nothing we can do but if you get worse come back and we will test you for covid-19. Needless to say I am not going back"

"I like how they refused to see me because it wasn't covid related. What's the point of having a quick care clinic if it isnt for all minor health issues? Maybe just call it the covid testing site! And no they weren't busy! There were literally 3 cars parked there. I bet they have a high volume of nonemergency ED patients if the quick care turns people away."

"I really wish we had a real "Quick Care Clinic" because there is nothing quick about it. My granddaughter was running 101 temp when she went in coughing, green runny nasty nose, the NP tested her for flu and strep, both were negative which was a good thing but if she would have listened to her mom or bothered to read her chart she would have seen that she gets sinus infections at least twice a year, it takes an antibiotic to clear up. She prescribed NOTHING, "stay home till she is fever free for 24 hours".....ummmm I don't know about everyone else but when both parents and grandparents work that's a little hard to do when all it would take is a round of antibiotics to clear it up and she wouldn't be miserable so now her mom has had to make a second appointment (more time and money spent) with another Dr. to get this taken care of so Quick care in Sullivan is not "Quick". This isn't the first time, she has done this three times, We wouldn't take her there but what are you supposed to do when you have a sick kid and can't get into her regular doctor, we hoped that she would get the other NP in the office but it's the luck of the draw I guess. Quick care in Sullivan is a joke at best, If I could give negative stars to this review I would we won't be going back...so disappointed."

"We've always had good experiences there in the past but after this time we will not be going back, ever. We've always paid about $65-$75 because we are self pay but this time we were gouged for over $100 to learn that my son had a common cold, not strep. And it gets better! They didn't remember to charge us up front for his swab so we got a call for that later. $55 FOR A Q TIP TO THE THROAT. And since we weren't able to pay that up front (we would have if they had charged us) we got no discount for it either. And there's more! We then got an additional bill from them sending off his lab, which was $160. End of the day; over $300 to find out that my son has a COLD. We have a toddler and a new born and this was what we got for trying to keep them healthy. I hope they're ashamed, this is ridiculous and wrong. Not to mention they didn't even charge us the correct amount. Will never go back; my kid loses an arm I'm still driving to Terre Haute."
