"I went to see Terry Brown for back trouble because the er doc at sullivan community took an xray of my back and made a report that I had a strained lumbar and to follow up with Terry Brown. So I did. I told her what the er doc said and she called over to the hospital to get a copy of they xray and the report. She looked at the xray and report and said I have degenerative joint disease. WHAT? Now I don't know who to believe. I asked her if she could refer different tests since I have two different diagnosis from the same xray and report. SHE REFUSED. Said I just need physical therapy. She's not worth the time it takes to print a report,and the er doc that said strained lumbar is a quack. Doctors take advantage of people that aren't doctor's because they know wr dont have the medical knowledge. Ask your doctor as many questions as you can think of and watch his attitude turn bad...then you'll know what docs care and what docs don't. You WILL be suprised. P.S. It's sad to say but when you go in there your automatically judged by your appearance. In a forman superviser for a commercial construction outfit called S Mart petroleum. I make good money,have four children,own a nice ram 1500,my wife ownes a nice 08 chevy malibu. When I went in I was still in my work clothes and immediately the receptionist on the far left assumed I was poor cause the first thing she said to me "we cant help you if you don't have insurance" well lady I did and I do. Then went to the back to see terry brown and ill be damned if she didnt ask me if I can afford an mri. I left and I'll never use the again"

"Dont waste your time trying to go to their urgent care. I got to their office 10 mins before they closed. Couldnt get there until 3:50 due to my husband being at work and only having 1 vehicle. I just wanted to be seen to get a script for nausea medicine due to my gallbladder causing problems and throwing up alot. They wouldnt even see me because they were closing in 10 mins. Being seen wouldnt have taken more than 5 mins. Last i checked your office was still open there for you cant refuse to see a patient. The receptionist was extremely rude and told me to go to the er. Sorry but im not spending 4 hours in the er to get a script for nausea meds. Not to mention i cant really afford a $2,000 bill just for a simple prescription."

"Dr are good but if your apt is at 1 then u set there for 2 hrs before getting in and if you are late then they want u to reschedule"
