"I purchased two massages from Groupon and when I attempted to schedule the number was out of service. I scheduled through the website and received a confirmation email and a text reminder the day of the scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, which the location is extremely hard to locate, the place was closed and the number was no longer in service. I have never received a phone call to explain or even attempt to reschedule. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DEAL."

"I went to my scheduled appointment, that was paid for on Groupon and the spa changed locations and did not contact me. The phone number from the website was also disconnected. I called the number on the notified me, they had been getting frequent phone calls similar to mine, but they were a separate company so I would have to pay for my services and book an appointment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY."

"I had a great massage experience with Kalynn (not sure if I am spelling this right). She did let me know the business is going through some management transitions and was super professional. This isn't your typical "spa", but it a very relaxing experience by a trained therapist. (Which is all I care about.) I had a Sunday appointment, and she even text me to make sure I was coming because there were other cancellations. I will definitely go back."

"I am usually not one to leave bad reviews, but sometimes enough is enough. No matter how good a person is al their job, professionalisms comes with it. I will never recommend a person or company that cancels your appointments last minute 4 weeks in a row. I purchased my first massage thru Groupon that went well. Then i purchased a certificate, and that’s when Latifa the person who sold it to me showed how unprofessional she was. After the 3 rd week i requested for a refund, which i am still waiting on. She offered a free massage for the inconvenience and STILL failed to come thru with it. After she tried to re-schedule that 4th “free” massage we just told her to go ahead and keep that free massage is not even worth the headache. I kept all the text to prove how unprofessional she was and just in case i need proof for my refund. After you are done trying to schedule, and the re-scheduling you will need a good massage from all the BS"

"My boyfriend bought me a massage for Valentine’s Day. It’s now June. Ive called and emailed so many times trying to set up the appointment. Finally received a call back for the girl to tell me on my voicemail to text the number she called from. She asked what day I wanted to come in, I responded right away, nothing. No response. No one answers the phone. Just Awful. Will be getting a refund for the thoughtful gift that I WAS so looking forward to. Don’t waste your time or money with this place."
