Hair Cuttery

"Not my experience but yesterday afternoon my boyfriend got a hair cut at this Munster Hair Cuttery location instead of the one he usually goes to or a barber. His appointment was at 3:30 pm on Sunday August 11th just in case a worker actually reads these but it was obvious no care was taken and you didn't care if you really let a client walk out of your chair and workplace like that like you made your little money and aint care at all. He really needed a haircut and had to wait till he was off so I scheduled online and this was the only place that had any openings for yesterday. The woman who cut his hair obviously did not try at all it looked so terrible. She only cut the front and top and left the sides and back long and stringy and choppy and missed so much hair and didn't even line anything up or clean it up. When he came out to the car it looked like a little kid cut his hair and he was so upset. He deadass looked like Ponyboy Curtis from the Outsiders movie after Jonny cut his hair if anyone can visualize that I pulled up that picture and showed it to him when I saw him (lol have to laugh through the pain.) He didn't know what to do and has anxiety and wouldn't listen to me to go back in to get it fixed. He never had an experience like this and didn't want that same woman doing his hair more which is a valid concern so we left. We went to Walmart and got clippers and hair scissors and thinning sheers and I did the best I could so he could look presentable enough to go to work this morning. He was so upset and didn't even want to see all of it so I didn't think to take pictures until after I fixed it which I regret so I could have put them here. I was going to make an appointment that day since they had so many openings but I'm glad I stayed in the car and didn't book here too. I just wish he would have remembered her name, I booked online and just picked the any stylist option instead of booking with someone specific. It's just sad that he paid for a service and came out looking like I cut his hair or something and not a "professional" and I had to fix it and actually make it look decent after "professional" touched it I could have done a better job for free without all of the upset. People care about their hair and appearance and hair holds a significance to different people it's not a game. It's always a 50/50 shot of a bad or good hair cut at a Hair Cuttery but this is the worst either of us ever got and I had to say something."
