"This place doesn't even deserve the one star I gave them, the white no chip bubbles up and when I return the next business day the lady with the bad eye was very mean and rude, she buffed them left black marks and then had her worker put a clear coat over them, when I said they need to be re-polished as wellshe really got mad.They still look terrible ...my first and last visit to this place.!! These nail shops are getting WORSE!"

"Nail tech Lee rushed through my set and cut several of my fingers and attempted to get me to pick a color/design she wanted instead of stating she couldn’t complete a thick French tip design . I just left w/no color . My pedicure was awesome tho . (Would only come if can only be serviced by the black nail techs; MARIE DID AN AMAZING JOB on my daughter’s nails ) The energy of the older nail techs/employees is worth NEVER visiting them again honestly. The work isnt worth it at all!"

"The technician did a good job on my nails but the manager came over to talk to the person doing my nails for an extended period while I am having my nails done. They speak Chinese to each other so who knows what they are saying. They laugh and joke around so it obviously isn’t work related. I think this is VERY rude. The manager gave the worker a little shove while she was laughing which caused my polish to be smeared so it had to be redone. Save the chatting for in between customers."

"This is the 2nd time I have come here. 1st was with my son and daughter, and this time only my daughter. I absolutely love how they treated my son last time. He felt so welcome and happy to get a pedicure. This time it was a girls day... full sets and pedis. The people here are so nice, caring, patient, and welcoming. Next time I'm bringing my son back. This is the only place I will go to from now on. 2 out of 2 great experiences. Thank you.!"

"This is by far the absolute worst experience anyone could offer or could receive! To sum things up I’m beyond disappointed. The pictures above are those of a full set of acrylic nails that began to come off 3 days after I received them in the shower!! So…. If their product/service was inferior it would have been nice for my tech to state, This is a 3-4 day job and you will not be eligible for a fill in! I called the salon with my complaint and I was completely disrespected by by the woman that answers the phone! She attempted to make it as if I wanted a free service after paying $55 just days prior. She arguably went into “”You pay again, if you want fix!” “No money back we fix, you pay!” How about I just don’t come back! The city of Munster health officials need to come and investigate. Health and sanitation is surely at stake and considering they have issued their credentials to operate the should step in! FYI my cousin received the same service and had the same results! Do not go to this salon unless you are willing to pass donations!"
