"RUINED MY HAIR!!!! Asked Jess for barely anything trimmed off just a slight freshen up and maybe a SLIGHT face frame. She butchered my hair and when commented on it not being blended she swore she knew what she was doing. And I went on my way. My hair was long and gorgeous just needing a little love and now there’s not really going back I’d have to cut 7-8 inches off to even out her awful hack job. Devastated. What a waste of $50"
