Round Trip Gas Station

"Would be 5 stars but they have it brighter than literal daylight outside. Not a pleasant shopper experience. I shouldn't have to wear sunglasses Inside cause it blinds you going in at night. Turn the brightness down."

"What I don't like is that sometimes the clerks never know how to work the register so that I can put my number in for my $0.03 off..... I want my savings. So I left and went to a different Citgo."

"What a horrible experience that I was exposed to. The girl working at the counter has horrible. I work at ford and went to this gas station for gas and cigarettes after I got off work. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with “we only accept cash right now no cards and no link” in the rudest tone. When I gave her the cash and my total came to $36.96 and I gave her $50 she gave me $13.00 back she never told me she didn’t have coins. She didn’t have four pennies? I offered a penny so she could give me a nickel but she didn’t one. I offered six cent but she didn’t have a dime. My co-worker also bought cigarette and she did the same thing to her. This was the worst experience I have ever had to experience in the area of my work place. I am also a small business owner in the 60617 area. Some thing needs to be done about this. This happened at 4:50am March 26."

"I never had a problem with any other employee at this gas station man or woman , black or white , they are always respectful and answer your questions politely , i have been going to this gas station for years , usually the gas and smokes are at a low price , but jus so happen that on December 14, 2017 between 9:15 p.m. and 9:20 this new new night clerk was out of hand , she was a heavy set brown skinned black young girl with braided weave in her hair , who just so happen to have the wrong attitude when it comes to have a job dealing with the general public lament terms (customer service), i went to the gas station around 9:05 p.m. to cash out my lottery tickets and buy some smoke and get some gas , i pull up get out my car just so happen i look up and see these laser beam eyes just staring at me , i pay it no mind , so i walk in and pull out my lotto tickets and place them in the give/receive area and the young girl ask me how could she help me , i reply that i would like to cash my tickets she spins around and points to the lotto machine and says you can not do that now the lottery closed at 9 , so in amazement i say thats new is it like that in all Indiana now , cause i use to come here after nine and cash out and can i go some where else and cash my ticket she roll her eyes and reply i dont know but here we cut the machine off at 9 , so i say alright as i exit the store , so i go up the street on Calumet to another gas station and cash my tickets and buy a few more tickets , i would have got my gas and smokes from there but they were higher than (gp) so after i cash my tickets i go back to gp and as i walk up to the door i see this girl staring at my car and roll her eyes at me again , so once again it cost me nothing to pay that no mind , as i walk up to the counter she has this gibberish playing on her phone as she is texting , as she is setting the phone down, i pull out the receipts from my winning tickets and ask when did gp start closing the cash out side of the lottery and showed my winning recipients , since she seem to did not know that i could have cash my tickets there ( personally i think she did that on her own to not do any extra work-lazy) i could be wrong) as i put the recipients back in my pocket and starts to reach for my cash to buy some gas , smoke , and get a few more tickets, she raises her tone and with a attitude says " so you came back here to buy some tickets or what " and i ask her did she have a attitude at me about something and even if i did what was the problem , so as she tries to raise her voice even more and try to start a shout ing match i say to her that i came back to get some gas and cigarettes cause they were cheaper here which is true, she then continue to imply that i have or had a attitude and , me knowing reverse psychology and when there is a problem , i correct her and let her know she was wrong and even so if you do encounter a person that has a attitude about anything your job is customer service and that she works for the general public , being so i checked her attitude by letter her know she could stop with the faulse Ness and that i do not work for her , she works for me and that the money that i came here to spend is helping paying her bills and rent , so she can cut it with the attitude and dont yell at me, i am not her child , she ,was amazed and stunned that i checked her without a single curse word or slander , so she continues with the attitude by saying what did you come here to do and some more non sense, before she could continue i cut it short and told her i dont have to spend my money here with her ratchet attitude , and that she was totally ratchet and rude as i put my money in my pocket to exit the store ,, all of this took place in under four minutes ,, i still would recommend this gas station but not with her services , what ever she went through before i got there , she had no right to try and take it out on me.PERIOD."

"The service was horrible from the Caucasian girl, she is cheating people out of there money Newports are $6.13 not $6.18. Then she had the nerves to tell me to go somewhere else and get my Newport's so I did and I when somewhere else and got my gas too. Then she went and sat in her SUV. So you know the difference is not 5 cent, with taxes, $6.13 = $6.56, and the $6.18 = $6.68 A different of 12 cents different."
