"Ive been going to this gas station for as long a i can remember but damn their service quality really went down bad! Most of the employees dont want to work and most of the employees have a really bad attitude. Overall just a very unwelcoming environment. This has been going on for some time too. Since yesterday you have lost a very loyal customer and i will recommend friends and family to stay away also. What a shame!"
"Horrible customer service there's a black guy that is the store manager that talks to people like he's a Gangster and a drug dealer real nasty like you getting on his nerve for coming in spending your money at the gas station I asked to speak to the manager he said he's the manager and if I got a problem with it shop somewhere else highly recommend go to any gas station right down the street they hire anybody and they don't fire anyone they hire the crackheads of the neighborhood and their cousins"
"When ever I'm over in Hammond we stop at this Lukes to fuel up. Anyone that smokes the cigarettes are a lot cheaper here. Lots of gas pumps around. Appears to be kid friendly and you can buy lots of snacks for a road trip or to calm fussy children. This location is very close to other stores as well."
"This gas station is in such disrepair, you wonder what kind of gas it is giving you. A good number of the pumps (at least 1/4 of them) had broken payment terminals so that you could not pay at the pump. On top of that, the 24 hour store was closed for “shift change” so that you could not pay inside either. To top it off, the pump I did get to work couldn’t give me a receipt; and the clerk in the store refused to open up and give me a receipt."
"Great local gas station. It diamond in the rough. A dollar drinks with no Illinois sales tax. Lottery machines and other vehicle necessities on point. Specializing multi-role cigarettes and cigar paraphernalia. Coolers of endless drinks at above freezing temperature. Nice coffee maker as well as a convenient place to sit and drink while eating your Donuts or scratching your lottery tickets. Candy and cold sandwiches that can be warmed up in the microwave that they provided there. If this was helpful please click like on my thumbs up. Thank you."
