We offer convenient phone ordering from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM, and our last lobby order is taken at 9:40 PM. For those who place orders before 9:40 PM, you have until 10:00 PM to pick up your meal. "I ordered the 1/2 slab and pork rib tips combo with mixed sauce (medium hot.) The food was excellent, tender meat with a spicy sauce and it was easily enough food for (2) meals. It took 10-15min of prep time but they told me that upfront so I didn't mind the wait. The place is far from fancy on the outside or inside but people don't come here for the atmosphere, they come here because it's great food at the right price."
"I usually purchase the beef ribs, however I ordered for others after telling them this restaurant was good. After bringing home the orders, we found that they were not correct or missing items. My guests did not enjoy the chicken nor did I like the turkey tips which were as dry as the sand on any beach.The chicken was crusty and not cooked to perfection which surprised me. And I hate when you pose a question about the order and you are treated as if this is it take it or leave it. Oh well as far as I am concerned another one bites the dust."
"The customer service was outstanding! The young lady that took our order today was awesome. The chicken wings were perfectly seasoned, the ribs and tips were tender and the links were perfect. We order at least twice a month and the food is consistently good. Thank you for a great meal! 5 Stars!"
"After reading the negative reviews, I still opted to try this place. The first staff who took our order was pleasant. The second person, not so much. After waiting a very long time for our food, he saw us standing by the counter, walked up and just looked at us. Very odd. He didn’t say anything, just glared. Soon we ascertained he wanted us to give him our receipt with our order number. Fast forward to the food. The rib tips were as leathery and burnt. The hot links were ok. We did receive 3 hot links in the jumbo size but 1 was shorter than the other 2."
