"Food was horrible in every way. How is hot food gross and extra greasy. Had a big mc and the Patty's was dry, fries was old and dipped again to heat them. Drink was watered down and when I went in to get it the manager on duty was rude and ignorant. 0/10 do not recommend"

"Ordered McDoubles and only provided a burger with my added Mac sauce. There was no cheese on it, and THERE IS ONLY one patty. The “managers” playing a game. I talked to 3 people who say they were the manager, and no one wanted to help. Javier the “‘manager” refused to help, and expects me to drive 30 minutes back to the location to get a refund and won’t accept a photo. Attached is a photo. I know it’s McDonalds, but how does a McDouble be served as a single hamburger?"
