"Booked an appointment on Friday for 8 am the following Wednesday, 8 Wednesday comes around and no electrician, 8:30 still no one, by 8:45 I call the office. The lady who answers says she'll find out whats going on and call me back, 10 minutes later she calls back and tells me she was sorry they had lost my appointment and something about someone being on vacation and offered to send someone out Friday. No thanks, since my business wasn't important enough for you to keep up with the first appointment I'll take it somewhere else. I hope they're enjoying their vacation because I wasted half of one of my vacation days waiting for them."
