"If you want to get sober and learn how to choose a pathway for staying sober after you leave this excellently run facility, please consider Pinelands. This facility is an inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation that teaches the patient how to live a life free from one’s drug of choice that is fun and rewarding. When I came to Pinelands I was closed off emotionally and alcohol was ruining my entire life. I was welcomed immediately by staff and other patients, introduced to about 75 people in the course of my first three days there, and quickly felt like part of the community. I learned how to feel and process emotions and I was exposed to many different recovery modalities ranging from AA and NA to Smart Recovery, and Refuge Recovery plus many others. My therapist, Amanda and my psychiatric nurse, Christie were a privilege to work with. The staff across the board are friendly and empathetic and my peers that I met there are wonderful people. Pinelands takes recovery seriously, but they also have fun. I laughed easily as much as I have laughed in a long time. Both in treatment groups and hanging out socially with my peers."

It’s incredibly clean and well stocked, and the staff is in constant communication with you and each other which makes for an unparalleled personal experience. If you or someone you love is in need of help, I would advise going here if at all possible! They also have great alumni meetings and events! We’re going to see the Phillies play this month!"

The food was good, with snacks available anytime, and the facility was always clean. It felt like home away from home! ❤️ Being surrounded by the woods made the experience even more special, offering a peaceful, close-to-nature feeling that was very healing. The wellness activities, like meditation, yoga, and the bi-weekly chiropractor visits, were fantastic and greatly enhanced my stay. Overall, my time at Pinelands exceeded all expectations.
