"Kristin is hones, professional and her focus on resolving your problems. I first went to see her in Central Jersey clinic about 2 years ago for my right sided frozen shoulder. She listened to me patiently, researched the issue, and suggested me some good exercises. I followed her advice and got better in a few weeks. Please note that a frozen shoulder takes time to get better. In early March 2023, due to the lack of proper exercise on my end, I got the same problem on left shoulder. I drove all the way in South Jersey to her clinic where she now practices. She suggested me a few more exercises in addition to the previous ones - which I religiously followed. Again, I was out of pain in a weeks or so. fyi - I also went to see a physcian and he suggested me to continue with PT and take some medicine. Fully got better in early April. Now I can pitch a baseball. I usually do not write any review but I really appreciate her professional advice and do recommend her."
