"I went in basically having a nervous breakdown as i lost my mother recently. The front staff was very empathetic towards me and super wonderful. When I saw the nurse practitioner shivani, she refused to prescribed me a med that practice has been giving me for over 10 years because I might abuse it. My chart shows i only get refills a few times a year IF THAT. She gave me an antihistamine instead and told me I should be grateful that I can hear, see and walk."

"This was a good office to go to at one time. Since Jefferson has taken over, it is almost impossible to speak with anyone at the office. Within the past 6 months Dr. Shenk has left the practice and the other 2 remaining doctors are leaving in September. Jefferson cares more about the money they are making than the quality of care. I have tried to reach out to Jefferson Health systems to relay my concerns with customer service to no satisfaction."

Karen listened to what I had to say and let ME be a part of my health plan, I never felt as involved in my own care as I do now. They even draw labs right in the office now, EXCELLENT experience, I almost wish I was sick so I could go back :-)"
