"I've been going here for years. It was upsetting when Dr Roanna Alcera left and even more upsetting when Dr Owen's disappeared from the practice. Dr Melanie Wassel is a great doctor though somewhat less personable than Alcera and Owen's so I accepted this change. I ended up getting pretty sick over the summer and made an appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by a very young NP whom I've never met before. Fine I'm sick whatever though I was incredibly displeased. Then I get a quest diagnostic notice my man results are in.... It is on file my insurance ONLY covers labcorp. Who knows how much that is going to cost me then today I get another notice from my insurance saying my doctors visit wasn't covered and I owe the doctor Emily Romero $117. Who tf is Emily Romero? For an ear infection...... I had strep throat. I'm livid. I have a 3 month follow on Tuesday and who knows who I'm going to see cause god forbid they let their patients know their doctors are leaving. This is completely unacceptable. ^Fall 2018 UPDATE Fall 2019: I have since switched to Seretiscare in Swedesboro NJ because of the distance and the need to have more attentive and less passive care. After being a patient of SJM for 5 years, I felt more like I was being pacified than treated. The staff are still great people and I'm sure the above has a lot to do with both Alcera and Owens leaving the practice but still. The effort it took to get to the office from my place of work in Delaware for both appointments and monthly to pick up my prescription for Vyvanse just was not worth it to me. Compared to other practices in the Delran area though, I'd still be inclined to recommend them but if you are closer to Lumberton, I'd suggest you see Dr. Roanna Alcera and Jacqueline Owens at Alcera Family Med."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I don’t think I have ever had one good experience at this office. Never. The front desk wear workout clothes and are rude. When you can actually get ahold of someone they are not nice and there is never a doctor there. They just tell you to go to Urgent Care. My newest issue and I have a ton... is that I have an infection and the office was supposed to call me in a prescription and they closed for the weekend before doing so. Disgusting. Absolutely despicable. I will never come back here and will tell the world of your negligence. Unacceptable."

"Sad. I've known Melaine for years. I've been to other Doctors over the course of the years and put on Medications for different reasons and never had an issue with any Doctor. My psychiatrist put me on an antidepressant many many years ago when my mother passed away in 2002. In November 2018, I needed a refill and Melaine decides that she's doing a 30 day fill but after this a psychiatrist will need to do refills in the future. After this phone call with her. I called my insurance and explained to them what happened and that I changed primary care providers. Today January 3rd I get a phone call from her saying that my insurance company called her and said that I reported her. Well yes! I did. My issue with her is 1. she is not a Doctor don't be fooled. She's a physicians assistant you might think she's doing the best for you well she's not. See a real doctor! 2. As a PA you just don't take into your hands what's best for your patients. Your patients know their bodies and what works for them. You don't. Mealine, as I told you, this certain medication I've been on since 2002 after my mother passed. And you want to come along and change it up....NO! That is why you were reported. You should have your license taken away and anybody reading this: BEWARE! RUN DON'T WALK. Find a real doctor. As for the office staff the girls are awesome. I have known Iesha for years. Some of the girls aren't there anymore. Doctor Alcera was awesome when she was there. It's sad that this place has gone under so many changes. But we all need to accept change. I gave this place and Melanie a second chance and you failed. You get one star. And your grade is an F. Don't become a practicing doctor."

"Their the best from the front desk lady, Iesha to the doctors and if you need blood taken you won’t feel a thing they always do a great job, get me in and out quick and I had a few emergencies and Iesha got me right in as soon as the afternoon.. I still make a longer drive just to come here."
