I finally found a doctor who listens and wants to provide amazing care, but my account is LOCKED because of an unknown, 20 year old insurance misfilling (literally 2004). So, no Dr for me... BTW, Emily, patients bills don't come directly out of your paycheck, so maybe rethink the attitude you give people."

"Wish i can give zero stars, brought both of my kids there while sick, staff is the worst of the worst. Know to the dr. She didnt give them any meds, said they would be ok i had to take them to another dr and he said it wasnt a virus but they should of been on meds. Do not go here for any reason. "I was in the process of being hired for a job. The company asked me to bring them a physical and asked for some lab works. I went to PHA in Newton and holly crap those people are so unprofessional. They kept giving me the run around and 3 weeks I still haven't seen their doctor. I just called and they told me the doctor went on vacation that I will have to wait for him to come back after 8 days. If only I had listened to my husband and not go there. The worst is they have my blood work and they wont release it to me so I can go to another doctor. I would not go there if they were the only clinic in the states and neither should you."
