"This place was horrible. At first the building is falling apart . The smell when you walk in is of old wet carpet for a laboratory it should not be . Also we were there maybe 8 minutes past our appointment and they took my son out of the schedule. All are after closed doors and when the women come out to get new patients in she was very rude . She should not be working there with people . I was lucky enough to get an appointment at the Hackettstown office at 9;10 so we went there . Much better office much more helpful ladies . Very caring since my son is younger boy. DO NOT GO TO NEWTON QUEST. HORRIBLE."

"Avoid quest at all costs. No receptionist, god forbid you’re a minute late to scheduled appointment. I’d imagine most people that come here are fasting for their blood work. You would think the office would be considerate of that fact and get you in the door as soon as possible. Scheduled appointment was for 12:30, got here 7-10 minutes late due to road closures. No phone number to call and let them know you’re running late. I am just now walking out at 1:45 after finally being helped."

"Logged into the kiosk and selected an appointment slot 15 minutes later. Instead of giving me the appointment, I was placed on stand-by. Tried to speak to someone about their error and was told it wasn't their problem. Avoid at all cost. If possible go to Labcorp instead"

"I was also there for a pre employment drug screening this morning My appointment was originally in hackettstown but it was canceled due to the fact that their a/c wasn’t working So I arrived about 1:40 which was actually 10 minutes earlier than the appointment I had made at the other location I was greeted with, “ where have you been? We’ve been waiting all morning for you” None of this was my fault, by the time I got the message and my employer scheduled a new appointment, I’m lucky I got there when I did Her demeanor during the prep for the test was rude Treated me like I was some sort of criminal Told me she hoped I could “fill the cup” because they we’re closing in 10 minutes We’ll unfortunately I couldn’t I told her I was going to reschedule, she said if I didn’t sit and wait a half hour it would be considered “refusal to test” I called my employer and he was absolutely fine with me rescheduling Actually ended up at an urgent care to have the test As I was leaving she seemed to soften a bit, told me she could take me tomorrow morning, but there was no way I’d go back there Terrible experience"

"I wish I could give it less than 1 star, this has been the worst place I've ever been to. I had a drug screen for my job and I was waiting calmly for 2 hours, they never attended me. I tried to talk to one of the technicians and she was super rude and told me that if I didn't like it, I should leave. I'm pregnant and I couldn't hold my urine anymore and she was rude. There were no appointments at that time and I just asked for a little help and understanding but they don't have it here. I will never return"
