"I have been using this dentist office for many years, my daughter who is now 24, went since she was little. When she became of age and began going to an adult dentist, x-ray showed a tooth that was filled at this office was 90% filling and cracked, she ended up needing a root canal. My nine-year-old son had a filling done, just recently they said he needed another filling but they failed to tell me was the filling that was done 9 months ago came out and they were fillling that same tooth again. Not only was I not told about that I was also charged and they tried to charge the insurance company also. The dentist called and told me I owed the bill because the insurance company was not paying it. I called the insurance company to find out why they were not paying it and that's when I found out it was because it's the same truth that was filled nine months ago. I notified the office about this problem, they called me back and told me I didn't owe the fee then I realized the day it was done they also charged me a copay of $118 so I called them back once again and asked for my copay back also. They admitted if a tooth filling falls out in under a year's time you are not charged but yet they tried getting away with this. We have switched dentist."

I typically see pediatric patients but seeing Dr. Lateiners work professionally and knowing his philosophy I knew I wanted my nephew to only be seen and treated my him. Not only did he take amazing care of my 2 and 1/2 year old nephew, but he put the parents to ease and made everything go smooth. He is amazing and I have full confidence in him and his work. He love what he does, loves children and take pride in his work. Even though it's a bit of a commute for us to get to him it's well worth it, specially when you are putting young children in someone's care.
