"Mrs. Rebecca was awesome. She helped me a lot. She explained everything just perfect as to where I fully understood what she was saying. I encourage those that doesn't have a bank account please go to Regions Bank out by flower's hospital. Ask for Mrs. Rebecca. She was awesome."

"The worst customer service. They don’t acknowledge you when you enter the bank. They had three tellers helping one lady and didn’t say “someone will be with you.” I waited 10 minutes and left."

"We have always had great interaction with this Regions Bank branch. There is sometimes a wait but that is to be expected. The staff is always courteous and polite and apologetic when needed. Regions Bank is a great bank and I've been a customer of Regions Bank for over 20 years."

"It never fails that every time I come to this branch to make a deposit, that I spend 10-20 minutes in the drive thru. I just recently made a deposit and from what I could tell they had 2 out of 5 lanes open and only ONE PERSON working them. Multiple cars lined around the building. It took 10 minutes alone just for my one small deposit to be made. Extremely unacceptable."

"This branch is the slowest bank I’ve ever been too. Customers are always lined up almost to the door with only one person working behind the counter. Others employees that are there watching the line back out of the door sit and do nothing to speed things up. They seem more busy trying to get new customers to open up new accounts so that those new members can just add to the line of people that they obviously aren’t equipped to handle as it is. This branch should really look into hiring more tellers so that people who have schedules can possibly have a chance to do other things that are more important"
