"These people damn show don't care about the customers. they don't welcome you inside, but are abrupt to collect your money. I talked with a woman a month ago and he mentioned they always tagged him with late fees. I guess there's a benefit to not making customer calls as reminders since we hard working citizens can be overwhelmed with other issues and could forget."
