"Today I called in because I had emailed them to check and see what was going on with my policy since I was not allowed to pay the full amount on their portal and little Ms rude agent Neecy answered. I explained to her why I was calling and then she proceeded to say I owed $20 and if I don’t pay it then my coverage days would be shortened. I explained I tried to pay in full last night but it wouldn’t allow me too and advised it’s not my fault they need to fix this issue on their end. She got loud and stated “well what card you want to use to make this $20 payment, if you had it last night then you should have it today”. Not once did I say I wasn’t paying or couldn’t pay but that they need to fix their system. In All 10 years of customer service along with being a licensed insurance agent I’ve never seen such rude agent. I’m the field nor the office. Customer service is big key in insurance. What’s she should have said was “I apologize Ms Roberts. I will be more than happy to assist you with making your payment for the remainder. It escalated. I spoke with Andrea the manager and she apologized, explained, and took my payment in seconds."
