"First time at Weyerbacher. I've always loved this beer. Blithering Idiot is my absolute favorite but there are so many others worth mentioning... Merry Monks, Quad, Sunday morning, etc... A few things... They do NOT offer food. A food truck will eventually show up but don't count on it. You're here for the beer. BYOF (Bring your own food). :) They have some games in the back like Darts and a few others. What's awesome other than the beer? They allow well behaved pets! The live music was also very good. If you like beer, this is a must stop."
"Great high end, top quality beer by brew masters who think big and take chances. Many of the potent beers here are modeled after Belgian and other European beers, not the typical American lagers. The spacious taproom here has been enlarged and upgraded. Dogs are allowed inside. There is a chill vibe here and there were a number of young families here with their small children. I had the Small Batch #9 Double Black IPA IPA - Imperial, which was like the darkest IPA I had ever seen, thick like a NE IPA. Then I had the boozy Sunday Morning Stout Stout - Imperial that is aged in Bourbon casks! Wow, it has a kick. The staff here is always great and it is easy on/off Interstate 78."
"I stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon after a hike and a bike ride. They have a very nice taproom. The service was very good. I had a flight of several of their beers. All of them were excellent. I ended up buying a four pack or a six pack of each of the ones I tried."
"Great Brewery! We stopped here after day of skiing in Poconos. I love the vibe. Did a flight of beer! There is a nice food truck right outside. Great tacos and truffle fries."
"Visited with two friends. Used a Groupon for 4 beers, four glasses & 4 growlers. Very friendly staff. The beer is very good and varied. Try the Quad, it was great. Took the tour, this is a small brewery which is amazing considering its 22 years old. Definitely worth a visit, just be prepared to eat elsewhere. They don't do food beyond bar pretzels and chips."
