"If the military assigned them pick someone else they broke tons of our items including our couch and offered us 600 for it. I have no idea why the military continues to use them, tons of complaints about them on the military groups as well."

"This warehouse manager is by far the worst. Ever. Beware drivers. If he doesn't get his way he will throw wrenchs in your schedule. We emailed him said Monday delivery he said ok. No time ask. I the driver, called at 9am to let him know my ETA. He called back at 1pm complained he waited all morning and a guy there. Clear miscommunication him assuming the time nor did he confirm a time or call. He blamed me made it a issue because he assumed and didn't ask or confirm. Then after the dust settled I said I can deliver today or in morning he chose morning and I asked to have one guy to help, I called back 2 hours later and left a VM my own guys will help. He called back to once again complain he already told his guy. Must be new because he got a 14 hour notice I don't need help and he said what am I supposed to tell this guy? I said it's 630 plenty of heads up. Then he once again Said I'm calling dispatch I'm not taking this. Then I gave him my 2cents he's messing my money my family my schedule. Most Ignorant guy I've dealt with in over 200 drops. Dude had 5 1star reviews too. Here's another one. He gone learn today what screwing the 2nd largest moving company does for business. Joke."

"I am HIGHLY disappointed in this company; the movers came to bring our household goods and we noticed that 2 items were stolen from our home when they left. What really bothered me is that the guys portrayed themselves to be nice individuals...so sad that you cannot even trust people to do their jobs without stealing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"Yikes. Unfortunate I hate to write this review, but beware… Two of their movers were subcontracted to unload our household goods a couple weeks ago and unfortunately we are now short one pretty expensive item that was accounted for at the beginning of the day. No one has attempted to contact us to rectify this situation. We haven’t received our missing item back either and probably won’t. Seems like someone else has also had a problem with dishonesty and theft within this company too. Sad. We highly recommend looking elsewhere for your moving needs, or your items could be stolen as well."

"I wish I could put zero stars. My wife and I are both in the army and are being forced apart for another year. These guys came to move her stuff to her new post. My dad had bought me some nice sunglasses before he died. I noticed they went missing after the movers came. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought they could have packed them. My wife arrived and they weren’t in any of the boxes. I use them daily so I always have them on the counter. Scoured the house, they are gone. They were expensive and had a lot of sentimental value, but that didn’t matter. I am calling to make a claim, but I doubt they will do anything about it. They know they can get away with it."
