"The Bettendorf 53rd branch did not stop withdraw of my mortgage from an old bank account even after I went in person to verify everything was taken care if. The mortgage payment was then withdrawn twice and my old account went negative with overdraft fees. I had to pull out additional money to cover negative balance on top of double payment. I had to initiate fixing the situation and run around town to correct their mistake!!"
